Membership Privileges

Full Members shall:

• Have the right to vote on all matters submitted to membership concerning the Council except those specifically delegated to the Board of Directors of the individual officers.
• Have full access to membership WEB site.
• Be encouraged to participate in all activities of the membership.
• Be eligible, according the Council’s Bylaws, as a candidate for any elected or appointed office of the council.
• Be able to submit motions for action by the membership.
• Student members shall have all rights and privileges of a full member except the right to hold office, vote, or submit motions.
