Job Description
MinuteClinic is hiring full-time Family Nurse Practitioners for our Clinical Trials initiative. These providers will serve as Sub-Investigator clinicians, ensuring all elements of the studies are completed in compliance. In this role, our providers are responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

- General study coordination activities
- Review participant’s inclusion and exclusion criteria
- Collect medical history
- Physical exams and specimen collections
- Collect vitals: body temp, pulse oximetry, respirations, heart rate, etc.
- Facilitate patient surveys and questionnaires
- Patient education
- Patient scheduling
- Treatment administration
 
Providers work between 30-38 hours per week on a rotating schedule with an every other weekend work expectation. They are paid for 65 hours bi-weekly; time worked over 32.5 hours in one week is paid hourly. There may be opportunities to pick up a shift on shorter weeks.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 39.47
Maximum: 85.00

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of medically-relevant experience or equivalent
- Effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills
- Initiative, problem solving ability, adaptability and flexibility
- Ability to work without direct supervision and practice autonomously
- Proficiency with information management and technology
- Capacity to collaborate with professional colleagues as necessary to provide quality care
- Ability to perform Basic Life Support (BLS) assistance, including but not limited to performing CPR and operating an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
- Ability to take and pass a FIT test and wear the provided mask when necessary
- Dependent upon the market, the ability to be proficient in both speaking and writing in additional languages not limited to but including Spanish may be required

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with Clinical Research
- Prior experience with Pediatrics
- Prior experience with Phlebotomy

Education
- Master’s Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program
- Current National Board Certification
- State license to work as an Advanced Practice Nurse
