Job Summary
We are seeking a Certified Nurse Practitioner with a specialization in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
In this role, you will work closely with a team of four experienced MDs, collaborating to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care. Your clinical expertise and compassionate approach will enhance our team’s ability to provide exceptional care, while benefiting from ongoing mentorship and support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive physical exams, make accurate diagnoses, and develop effective treatment plans
- Educate and empower patients to take an active role in their health
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
- Mentor and support clinical staff to promote continuous learning and teamwork
- Utilize advanced EMR systems and AI-powered tools to streamline documentation and enhance patient communication

Clinical Experience:
- Experience working in Family Medicine setting with minimum 1 year (out-patient, hospital, etc.)
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Nursing.
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license.
- Accredited NP program completion, with a focus on Primary Care.
- Excellent communication and patient management skills.
- Strong ability to work independently and in a team.
- Active BLS/ CPR certification
- Valid Driver's License
