Proposed Change in Bylaws

Dear Members,

The board is proposing a change in the by-laws in regards to when the Board Positions are up for vote.  The change is being proposed in order to even out the number of positions that are open at a given time.  The proposed changed  will be discussed and voted on at the general meeting. 

Currently:

The President, second Vice President, Secretary, Social Media Director and Membership Director are elected during even years and the Vice President, Treasurer and Managing Director shall be elected during odd years.

Proposed:

The President, second Vice President, Secretary and Membership Director are elected during even years and the Vice President, Treasurer, Managing Director and Social Media Director shall be elected during odd years.
